MESON factory is one of the leading manufacturers of Ni-MH
current sources in Russia.
Nowadays our factory produces accumulators NLC-0,9 (316-AA-R6),
different types of batteries (U=2.4 to 12 V) and batteries
10NLC-0,9 (U=12 V). In 2000 MESON has organized production
of Ni-MH accumulators and batteries (type "NMHC") with capacitance
from 2,5 to 8,5 Ah (sizes: 343-C-R14, 373-D-R20 and 376-F).
Parameters
of these current sources depend on their electrochemical system,
which defines the ways of transformation of the chemical energy
into electric one. The accumulators with Ni-MH electrochemical
system had some advantages over Ni-Cd batteries:
- ecological cleanness (lack of the toxic substances: mercury-Hg,
cadmium-Cd, lead-Pb);
- lack of the effect of memory.
The
construction of these accumulators allows to use them in any
posture.
